The challenge -  To design an itinerary that seamlessly balanced relaxation with productive work sessions, ensuring that the sales team left Maui both rejuvenated and energized for the year ahead. We needed to cater to the diverse preferences of the team members by offering a harmonious mix of luxury, adventure, and business planning. Additionally, the logistics of coordinating travel, accommodations, activities, and meetings had to be flawlessly executed to create a seamless experience from start to finish.

To seamlessly transition from a sprawling 14,000 sq ft estate to a 9,000 sq ft home while preserving the comfort, style, and personalization that defined the couple’s living environment. Their extensive collection of high-end furnishings, art, and personal treasures required meticulous planning and execution. The goal was to ensure that the new home felt just as luxurious and bespoke as the previous one. Coordinating logistics, including working with multiple vendors, specialized packers, art handlers, and organizers, while minimizing disruptions to the couple’s demanding schedules, was of paramount importance.

Our goal was to curate a sophisticated and complex itinerary that merged luxury, comfort, and efficiency across various modes of travel. The journey required a perfect balance of commercial and private flights, top-tier accommodations, personalized tours, and exquisite dining experiences. Every detail—from managing international time zones to coordinating with local experts—had to be flawlessly executed to ensure a stress-free and indulgent journey for the new graduate.

Every detail, from in-flight amenities to ground transportation, required careful planning and flawless execution.

We designed a holiday party that would surpass the expectations of a team used to the highest standards in both their work and personal lives. The event needed to encapsulate the energy and vivacity of the company while also fostering a deep sense of camaraderie and celebration. This meant that every detail—from the choice of venue to the entertainment and overall atmosphere—had to be meticulously planned and executed to perfection.
